Refund policy

Thank you for supporting PYRAFIEL. Because our pieces are produced in limited runs, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER NOTICE
PYRAFIEL Drop 001 operates on a pre-order model. When you place an order, production for your piece begins after the order window. Estimated dispatch: within 5–7 weeks of purchase. By ordering, you acknowledge this timeline.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. To exercise this, contact us at contact@pyrafiel.store before returning anything.

RETURNS — CONDITIONS
We accept returns of items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags and labels attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email contact@pyrafiel.store with your order number and reason. We will confirm and provide the return address. Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot process returns for items lost in transit to us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.

EXCHANGES
For a different size or the same item in another variant, treat it as a return and place a new order, subject to availability.
