Welcome to PYRAFIEL. By using pyrafiel.store and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
PYRAFIEL produces limited-run streetwear. Products are released as drops in limited quantities. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Pre-orders
Some items are sold on a pre-order basis. Production begins after purchase, and estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout and in our Refund & Returns Policy. By ordering a pre-order item, you accept the stated timeline.

Pricing & payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping
We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Customs or import fees, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property
All PYRAFIEL designs, artwork, logos, and content are our property. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell them without permission.

Limitation of liability
PYRAFIEL is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or store, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
