WHERE WE SHIP FROM
PYRAFIEL ships to customers across the European Union from our EU-based fulfillment partner, so your order arrives quickly and without customs charges within the EU.

DELIVERY TIMES
In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically in 2–5 business days within the EU.
Pre-order items: because each drop is produced in a limited run, pre-orders are made to order and dispatch within 5–7 weeks of purchase. You will receive tracking the moment your order ships.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
